A role with real influence As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll operate across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders from across the organisation to identify opportunities, define outcomes, and deliver lasting value. You'll also lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, helping to build a high-performing BA community where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement thrive. This is a role for someone who enjoys seeing the bigger picture whilst remaining close enough to the detail to challenge assumptions, uncover insights and ensure we're solving the right problems. What you'll be doing Leading business analysis activities across strategic change initiatives. Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and shape future solutions. Facilitating engaging workshops and discovery sessions that drive clarity and alignment. Translating complex challenges into clear requirements, recommendations and actionable outcomes. Supporting business case development, benefits realisation and decision-making. Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts to help them grow and develop. Championing best practice and continuously improving the Business Analysis capability across the organisation. Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative and passionate about making a difference. You'll likely bring: Significant experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation. Experience leading, mentoring or developing other Business Analysts. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. The ability to influence decisions through insight, evidence and effective storytelling. Experience working across large-scale business and technology change initiatives. A strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and modern ways of working. A passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
