About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our BA Consumer Tissue Controlling team of four, as a successor in a well-established role with broad business exposure and impact. As Business Area Controller, you will provide business performance analyses to the BA Management Team, covering the full value chain from sourcing to customer. You will coordinate controlling processes and collaborate closely with regional Commercial and Supply Chain Controlling teams globally to drive transparency, performance, and informed decision-making across the business. What You Will Do Move beyond reporting and consolidation by partnering closely with Commercial and Supply Chain Controllers to provide actionable insights and support business decisions As part of the BA Controlling team, deliver monthly performance reporting, forecasts, budgets and long-term plans for Consumer Tissue Take ownership of key BA controlling areas among Strategic & Long-Term Planning, Net Sales & Pricing Analysis, Value Chain & Cost Driver Management, Working Capital, and Overheads Controlling Design and deliver new reporting concepts and tools to enable an enhanced End to End controlling approach of the Consumer Tissue Business Coordinate controlling activities globally across all functions within Consumer Tissue and across business units (Personal Care, Global functions). Provide exhaustive guidelines and calendars to secure excellent cooperation. Who You Are Even if not all of the following points apply to you, we would be happy to get to know you and talk about the possibility of working with you! 7+ years of controlling experience in an international and multinational business environment Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business drivers and value creation Advanced systems and reporting expertise, including SAP, financial consolidation tools, MS Office, and Power BI Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge across all organizational levels Passion for driving innovative reporting solutions, continuous improvement, and high-quality financial processes Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, able to work independently and ensure data integrity in a dynamic environment What We Can Offer You The benefits listed refer to the primary location.
