Acquiring new channel partners (VARs, MSPs, system integrators) in the UK market Building a strong partner pipeline through active outbound outreach Managing the partner signing process Onboarding and activating new partners, including training and go-to-market Delivering structured trainings and product onboarding Supporting co-selling, co-marketing, and opportunity development Bachelor's degree or higher highly preferred Extensive experience (approx. 5-7+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales within the SaaS sector Proven track record in partner acquisition (hunter mentality) Experience working with VARs, MSPs, or system integrators Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), particularly ITIL and service management processes, is an advantage Structured, goal- and KPI-oriented way of working Strong communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within the UK Fluent English What we offer you Competitive base salary starting at £65k and profit share scheme Hybrid, flexible working and healthy work-life balance Learning budget equivalent to 10% of your basic salary Generous pension scheme with company contributions up to 8% Enhanced maternity & paternity leave Private health insurance options Cycle-to-work scheme and techscheme 15 fully paid sick days, 5 days paid parental/carer leave, and 3 volunteering days 26 days of paid annual leave (plus public holidays) and your birthday off! For our team in the UK, we're looking for a Senior Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist (UK) focused on growing our partner network in the UK market. Your environment This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week in our London or Manchester office, and you'll be part of a European channel team, where each channel manager owns and drives their own region. You'll have full ownership of the UK market — responsible for creating the plan and structure to grow your region — working alongside colleagues from Sales and Marketing. Your focus: winning new partners and making them successful quickly.
