To our customers, we bring a partnership that provides the talent, technology and capability to enhance performance and operational efficiency. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Cloud and Platform Engineer with experience engineering and operating enterprise Azure platform capabilities, who will enable reliable, compliant and scalable cloud solutions for data and application teams. Strong software engineering, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps expertise, with a focus on secure, automated and maintainable platform services, with experience in regulated environments, are key for the success in the role.  Key responsibilities Independently design, develop and operate enterprise-grade Azure platform components using Terraform, PowerShell and Azure DevOps Apply software engineering practices to infrastructure and automation, including reusable design, automated testing, code reviews and version management Own platform changes end-to-end from implementation through CI/CD, release and operational handover Provide knowledge transfer and support to other DevOps teams, Second Level Ops and Service Desk Competencies Proactive, can-do mindset with ownership of outcomes Holistic, systems-level thinking with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Clear, concise communication and stakeholder collaboration Quality-focused engineering practices, including automation-first and documentation discipline Required skills (must haves to be considered for the role) Several years of hands-on experience with the following in enterprise Azure environments: Infrastructure as Code and Automation Advanced software development in a modern scripting language, e.g. Python or PowerShell, including automated testing, code reviews and artifact/version management Infrastructure as Code development using Terraform Azure DevOps pipelines (build and release), YAML, reusable templates, approvals and environments Azure Services: Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Networking: VNets, hub-and-spoke architectures, private endpoints, NSGs Identity and Security: Microsoft Entra ID integration, including managed identities, service principals, app registrations and role assignments Fluent spoken and written business English (German highly appreciated) Nice to Have Skills Azure Services: Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory Observability and Reliability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights Working experience in a regulated environment, preferably Insurance Kubernetes Pure Operations / System Administrator roles Why join us  People are at the Heart of our Business.
