About the role and what you will be doing: As a Senior .NET Consultant at Ensono Digital, you will play a key delivery and technical leadership role within your project, operating as a trusted senior engineer who supports high-quality outcomes while helping the team and client realise the business value of their cloud investment. You will typically support a Tech Lead or Lead Consultant, taking ownership of significant technical areas or sub-systems within a larger solution. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate closely with Ensono Digital colleagues and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and deliver modern, cloud-native solutions using contemporary engineering practices. Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to Ensono Digital communities, share knowledge, and continuously develop your skills and career as a senior consultant. What you’ll bring to Ensono Digital We are looking for experienced senior engineers who bring strong technical capability, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset. You will have experience delivering production ‑ grade systems and taking ownership of technical outcomes within complex projects. You will bring experience and capability in areas such as: Developing high ‑ quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET) Building and operating systems on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Working with microservice and distributed architectures, understanding their benefits and trade‑ offs Translating business requirements into well‑ defined designs and sub ‑ system architectures Writing appropriate integration and end‑ to ‑ end tests, using approaches such as BDD where appropriate Maintaining accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards You will demonstrate strong technical communication and problem ‑ solving skills, including: Clearly explaining the purpose of a solution and the reasoning behind design and technology choices to both technical and non ‑ technical stakeholders Confidently resolving technical challenges within a complex delivery and taking responsibility for outcomes within your scope Contributing constructively to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews You will also bring a modern developer mindset, including: Working effectively with AI ‑ assisted development tools to support productivity and learning, while applying professional judgment and remaining accountable for results Valuing clear specifications, documentation, and fast feedback loops as enablers of sustainable delivery Continuously improving your own skills and supporting the growth of others through collaboration and knowledge sharing Above all, you will bring a professional, proactive approach, strong collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in delivering high ‑ quality outcomes for clients while growing as a senior consultant within Ensono Digital.
