Senior Designer (AI-Powered Banking Platforms) Location: Singapore About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to lead the design of next-generation AI-powered banking platforms. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in solving complex enterprise challenges and creating intuitive user experiences powered by AI. You will work at the intersection of: - Human-AI Interaction Design - Enterprise UX - Data Visualization - AI-Assisted Workflows - Banking Operations - Knowledge Management Systems This role goes beyond traditional UI design. You will transform complex banking data, AI-generated insights, workflows, and operational intelligence into intuitive, explainable, and visually compelling user experiences that empower enterprise users. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery and user research through design, prototyping, and delivery. - Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences. - Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces. - Create interaction patterns and design solutions across multiple enterprise applications and platforms. - Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability. - Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. - Design data-rich interfaces that effectively communicate complex information and AI-driven insights. - Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business, technical, and operational requirements. - Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled user experiences, ensuring transparency, usability, and explainability in AI interactions. Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of experience designing enterprise software or complex B2B platforms. - Proven experience designing data-intensive applications and dashboards. - Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise products, complex workflows, and end-to-end design thinking. - Expertise in data visualization and information design. - Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. - Strong visual design and artistic skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout implementation. - Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or modern frameworks) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing AI-powered products, intelligent workflows, or Human-AI interaction experiences. - Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, particularly with core banking platforms or enterprise financial systems. - Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and enterprise UX best practices. - Experience designing knowledge management systems, operational dashboards, or workflow-driven applications is an advantage.
