The Senior Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for shaping and amplifying how the organisation is perceived as a place to work. This role connects TA marketing, communications translating the company's culture, values, and employee experience into compelling narratives that attract, engage, and convert the right talent. Recruitment marketing is the engine of this role: building always-on campaigns, managing candidate-facing channels, and driving measurable pipeline impact. This role is hybrid with 2-3 days in our Birmingham HQ.
