Senior Engineer - Test

EM Test Engineering team is looking for a Senior Test Engineer located in Suzhou China to support the Probe/Test operations for AMG in China, mainly for the OSATs listed below. JCAP NanTong TongFu ( NTTF ) HuaTien KunShan and HuaTien NanJing Managing Probe/Test Operation tasks and activities at subcons in China Maverick lot dispositions On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend Responsible for major subcons KPI including MPE cycle time Lot Reject Rate At least 3 years of experience about Semicondutor projects or sustaining activities. Familiar with Test Cell knowledge Familiar with Test Operation Flow Familiar with Probe Docking/Interface Setup Being familiar with VDA 6.3 audit process is a plus. Proficient English is a MUST Capable of coordination and communication among multinational teams to deliver results Organized, Focuses on facts & open-minded with integrity in all aspects.
