Sustainability | OMVPetrom.com Your tasks Business analyze for all IT requirements of the production teams, in line with the digital development plan of the Petrobrazi Refinery. Facilitating collaboration between the 3 refineries of the OMV Group regarding the digitalization portfolio and IT optimization. Consulting the team responsible for the digital development plan on the appropriate implementation approach and ensuring the successful operationalization of digital priorities. Supporting Enterprise Architecture in identifying the most suitable solutions aligned with the company strategy. Managing requests and projects closely linked to process optimization at the IT–OT interface, applying both waterfall and agile methods. Managing the application ecosystem and their connections using interfaces in the production area. Planning and monitoring the budget for existing and new applications (IT demand). Coordinating stakeholder and requirements management to address current needs, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions in line with defined IT guidelines and business KPIs. Coordinating IT/OT security topics in production according to OMV guidelines and business best practices for current and future applications. Identifying, selecting, and coordinating suppliers for new projects and existing services. Ensuring IT requirements and technical evaluations within tendering and procurement processes, in close alignment with Procurement and business stakeholders. Responsible for data and application management, with a focus on continuous service improvement. Your profile University degree Master - Project Management, Information technology, Information security Excellent knowledge of English language Experience in Project Management, Information technology, Information security, business administration, or comparable professional experience: > 7 years. Excellent knowledge of IT & OT systems Good knowledge in Waterfall and Agile methodologies Coding experience Excellent understanding of IT Application and Project Management Experience in the Energy Sector What OMV Petrom can offer you Long weekend plans are always welcome - on Friday, our office hours end at 13.30.
