Senior Facilities Engineer I

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to meet all local and corporate KPI targets. Implement energy efficient and cost saving activities, including the preparation and execution of facilities equipment validation. To ensure that plant and facilities equipment are well-maintained and operate with minimal production interruptions caused by equipment failures. Implement procedures, maintenance plans and regular checks for the building and facilities equipment. Manage a team of maintenance personnel, coordinating facility repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor the utilization/consumption of utilities to ensure sufficient installed capacity and optimal operation. Monitor the BMS system and ensure that equipment operates according to specifications, such as temperature and pressure differential, etc. Ensure building/facilities fulfil requirements of local safety, environment and regulatory inspection e.g. DOSH, DOE, ST/EC, MBPP. Participate in validation processes and ensure accurate documentation of quality records to comply with FDA and ISO standards, while also supporting internal and external audits. Any of the ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Facilities is required for this position. Familiarity with and experience in cleanroom, HVAC, BMS, and CDA systems is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
