Remote Senior Field Marketing Manager The Senior Field Marketing Manager serves as the organization's field marketing subject matter expert, bringing strategic marketing expertise directly to customers and collaborating closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams. This role acts as a trusted marketing advisor, helping practices identify growth opportunities, strengthen patient and provider engagement, and implement marketing strategies tailored to local market dynamics. Through in-market engagement, strategic planning, and data-driven recommendations, the Senior Field Marketing Manager helps customers achieve measurable business growth and maximize the impact of their marketing investments. Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Partner with practice leadership and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to understand business objectives, growth priorities, competitive conditions, local market opportunities, patient demographics, market insights, and campaign performance; develop customized marketing strategies and annual plans that increase patient awareness, engagement, and community presence. Integrated Campaign Management: Plan, execute, optimize, and refine campaigns across digital, email, print, social media, direct mail, website content, and community outreach; manage timelines, creative development, production, approvals, and execution with internal teams, vendors, and agency partners, using established templates and workflows while tailoring programs to customer needs, brand standards, and each practice’s positioning. Practice Marketing Support: Serve as the primary marketing advisor for assigned practices, recommending strategies to attract new patients, retain existing patients, and increase service awareness; support physician marketing, referral relationship development, community outreach, and the creation of tailored marketing materials, promotional assets, and patient communications. Field Engagement: Conduct regular in-market and on-site customer visits to assess business needs, identify growth opportunities, complete practice marketing assessments, develop actionable recommendations, coach customer stakeholders on marketing best practices, and partner with KAMs during customer engagements and strategic planning sessions. Collaboration and Communication: Build strong partnerships with KAMs and collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality marketing solutions; clearly communicate plans, timelines, results, and recommendations, and jointly present quarterly performance insights, campaign outcomes, future opportunities, and recommendations during quarterly business reviews. Performance Measurement and Success: Monitor results through marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools; analyze lead generation, patient inquiries and appointments, patient and customer engagement, website traffic, digital advertising, email performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, customer satisfaction, and program adoption; provide recommendations for continuous improvement, with success also measured by timely, high-quality execution and strong stakeholder collaboration. Budget and Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets for assigned practices and initiatives; coordinate vendors, agencies, printers, and digital partners to ensure high-quality execution; and deliver projects on time and within budget. More about you: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required. 5–7+ years of experience in healthcare, medical, B2B, or B2B2C marketing, with demonstrated success managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaign required. Experience supporting healthcare practices, healthcare organizations, or provider groups, including physician-practice marketing, community marketing, and patient acquisition and retention strategies is preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to use data and performance insights to guide marketing decisions; marketing consulting and advisory skills are preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with practice stakeholders, leadership, and internal teams. Ability to influence practice leadership and internal stakeholders through clear recommendations and strategic guidance, supported by expertise in multi-channel campaign management, digital marketing strategy, analytics and reporting, and budget management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, common marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing analytics; experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation is preferred. This role's pay range is between: $97,584/yr - $121,980/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
