Senior Finance Analyst

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 As Senor Finance Analyst： 1) Familiar about Group accounting doctrines. Can deploy policies/ guidelines in daily responsibilities. 2) Actively involve into monthly closing, rolling forecast and budget processes. Support Finance Controller on report preparation and data analysis. Can provide reports to management in time and with good quality. 3) Provides realistic forecasts (budget, RF and monthly forecast) on country level. 4) Knowledge on consolidation. 5) Take more ownership in driving performance. Closely monitor performance, forecast future and send warnings on unexpected variance, resolve issues based on root cause analysis. 6) Work tightly with FSSC team and other finance functions to have a better control on finance reports. 7) Take care of basic local tax issues. 8) Knowledge on Capex control. 9) Provide professional finance supports to local colleagues. 10)Coordinate with External/ Internal Auditor. Can lead related finance procedure improvement and internal control. Compliance with internal Group policies, process & external regulations. Including compliance with business control rules, Risk Management. Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller. 岗位要求： Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Auditing. MBA+. 3 to 5 years working experience in the finance analysis related area is a must. Manufacturing/ TOP 500 enterprises background will be a plus Strong business sense Fluent in English writing, reading and speaking. Good skill in Micro Office, Knowledge on Power-BI is preferred. Open minded, teamwork spirit, quick to learn and good communication skills. Can work under pressure.
