Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager / Senior Accountant / Finance Analyst. The position is responsible for supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with strategic financial planning and reporting activities. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial performance, supporting forecasting and planning processes, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and regulatory standards. The role also involves reviewing financial data, assisting with cost control initiatives, supporting audit and documentation processes, and providing insights to improve operational and financial efficiency. In addition, the position will contribute to financial decision-making, performance monitoring, and organizational planning while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and effective coordination across departments.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting practices
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Ability to prepare and review financial statements, reports, and documentation
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards, internal controls, and regulatory procedures
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and reporting deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of cost management, financial planning, and operational analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are considered a plus
• Ability to support strategic financial initiatives and organizational objectives
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and a results-oriented mindset
