Your role Provide senior-level foreign exchange expertise to support the APAC New Business team by analysing client currency exposures, developing tailored FX hedging strategies, and structuring complex solutions using FX forwards, options and derivatives. Collaborate with Sales, Dealing and Risk teams to support pricing, execution, client negotiations and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with risk and governance requirements. What you'll be doing About the Role Corpay is seeking a dynamic and experienced FX professional to join our team, specialising in the foreign exchange industry. This is a senior role supporting our APAC New Business function, combining deep FX expertise with strong commercial acumen, sales capability and dealing experience to deliver tailored solutions for complex client requirements. As a Senior FX Specialist, you will work closely with our Sales and Dealing teams to analyse client requirements, assess existing FX exposures and transactions, and develop commercially viable strategies and structures that address client objectives and risk-management needs. You will leverage your strong understanding of FX markets, pricing, execution and dealing to support client negotiations, identify commercial opportunities and help convert complex requirements into effective, executable solutions. What You’ll Do You will act as a senior FX subject-matter expert for the APAC New Business team, bringing deep product, market and structuring expertise to complex client opportunities. You will assess new business clients’ FX exposures, review existing client positions and identify opportunities to optimise hedging strategies and develop tailored solutions. Working closely with Sales and Dealing, you will help translate complex client requirements into practical FX strategies that deliver value for clients while supporting the continued growth of the APAC New Business portfolio. FX Strategy & Client Solutions Provide senior-level FX expertise and strategic support to the APAC New Business Sales and Dealing teams across client opportunities and complex FX requirements. Analyse client exposures, positions, transactional history and existing trades to understand risk profiles and identify opportunities for optimisation, restructuring or additional FX solutions. Develop and recommend tailored FX strategies, structures and products aligned with client objectives, exposures, market conditions and risk-management requirements, including forwards, options and other relevant solutions. Translate complex client requirements and underlying business exposures into practical, commercially appropriate FX strategies and structures. Provide market insight and strategic guidance to support client decision-making and identify opportunities across the APAC New Business portfolio. Sales & Commercial Support Partner closely with Sales to structure commercially viable FX solutions for new business clients. Support client meetings, presentations and strategic discussions, providing technical FX expertise and helping to communicate complex concepts in a clear and commercially relevant manner. Support the pricing and execution of complex FX transactions, acting as a technical escalation point for Sales and Dealing teams on products, structures and client requirements. Identify and contribute to revenue-generating opportunities while ensuring proposed strategies align with client objectives and Corpay’s commercial priorities. Risk, Governance & Stakeholder Management Ensure FX recommendations and transactions are developed and executed within Corpay’s risk, compliance and governance frameworks. Work collaboratively with Sales, Dealing, Risk and other key stakeholders to assess opportunities and manage complex client requirements. Act as a trusted senior escalation point for complex or non-standard FX requirements. Capability & Knowledge Sharing Build FX capability across the APAC New Business team by sharing product knowledge, structuring expertise, market insights and best practices. What You’ll Bring FX Market & Product Expertise Minimum 8 years’ experience within the FX industry, with strong knowledge of FX markets, products, pricing, derivatives and risk management. Extensive experience in FX options and structured products, including the ability to structure, assess and recommend tailored option and derivative strategies. Strong understanding of corporate and commercial FX requirements, including how market movements, volatility and risk impact client positions. Client & Commercial Experience Proven experience analysing client portfolios, currency exposures and existing trades to identify opportunities for optimisation, restructuring and risk management. Strong ability to translate complex client requirements and underlying business exposures into practical, commercially appropriate FX strategies and structures. Demonstrated experience working with corporate and commercial FX clients, with strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. Experience supporting revenue-generating opportunities in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Proven experience providing senior-level technical FX guidance to Sales and/or Dealing teams, particularly in relation to complex or non-standard transactions. Strong track record of collaborating across Sales, Dealing, Risk and other stakeholder groups. Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, develop and empower high-performing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
