Senior HRIS Specialist

Lead HRIS implementation, including business requirements, testing, process readiness, and current system decommissioning. Manage HR data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and parallel run activities. Ensure HR data quality, master-data standards, and seamless integration between HRIS, IFS, and Papaya. Translate HR process requirements into system solutions, maintain process documentation, and adapt workflows. Collaborate with IT, OneERP, Shared Services, and People & Culture teams to support rollouts and acquisitions. 6+ years’ experience in HRIS/ERP business analysis (e.g., Workday, SAP, IFS) and system implementations; University degree in a relevant field Proven track record in HR system migrations, legacy system decommissioning, and data reconciliation. Strong expertise in HR master data, data quality, integrations, and interface management. Ability to bridge HR and IT, translate business requirements into system solutions, and document processes. Fluent English required; additional languages and payroll system experience are a plus.
