We invest in ambitious early-stage technology companies with strong teams, scalable business models and international growth potential. We are sector agnostic. Strategic relevance for Česká spořitelna or Erste Group is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Beyond capital, we actively support our portfolio companies and connect promising startups with Česká spořitelna and the broader Erste ecosystem. Your role: As a Senior Investment Manager, you will take ownership across the full investment lifecycle: Source and assess new investment opportunities in the Czech Republic, CEE and selected international markets. Analyse teams, markets, technologies, business models, financials and valuations. Lead investment processes including due diligence, structuring, term sheets and transaction documentation. Prepare and present investment cases to internal decision-making bodies. Manage selected portfolio companies and support founders with strategy, financing and scaling. Build strong relationships with founders, VC/PE investors and ecosystem partners. Contribute to Seed Starter’s investment strategy and represent us across the VC ecosystem. Help connect relevant startups and technologies with Česká spořitelna and Erste Group. We will be a good fit if you: Have 5+ years of relevant experience in VC, PE, investment banking, M&A, transaction advisory, strategy consulting or a related investment field. Have strong investment judgement and can quickly understand new technologies and business models. Are confident with financial analysis, modelling and valuation. Understand due diligence, term sheets and key principles of VC transactions. Are proactive, independent and comfortable taking ownership. Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
