provide legal support for all our products across the globe. Working for a

law. As a member of the Products & Regulatory Legal Group, you will work with
Apple’s engineering, operations, and marketing teams to help create and
introduce Apple products to the world. With passion, dedication, and a desire to
tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support
needed for Apple to continue to build cutting-edge technologies.
DESCRIPTION
You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who
support teams advising Apple’s engineering, operations, and marketing teams on a
wide range of issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups, government
affairs, and cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on
product development and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on European
and UK technology and environmental regulations. You will also advise Apple
management on risk allocation/mitigation, business strategies, and policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
8-12 years of legal experience in a company, law firm, or government agency JD
or equivalent professional law degree (such as a Master of Laws) from an
accredited institution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Apple business is preferred Experience in product counseling and
product regulatory matters, with a track record of advising on risk mitigation
during a product’s development cycle Expertise in European/UK technology and
environmental regulations Adept at navigating and resolving complex legal issues
in creative and effective ways while displaying business insight and analytical
skills Ability to distill nuanced legal concepts into clear and concise
practical guidance Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise and
build relationships with executive management, teammates, and cross-functional
partners Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high
volume of projects Self-starter who is curious, loves technology, and thrives in
a dynamic environment
