Maintenance Planning & Control - Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment and tools. - Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize downtime. - Analyze root cause of recurring failures and propose corrective actions - Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support requests in a timely manner. - Ensure machines are restored to safe and optimal operating conditions after maintenance. - Coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks to technicians - Assist in equipment modification, improvement, and reliability enhancement activities. - Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Availability, OEE, and Maintenance Cost. 2. Cross ‑ Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to support operational needs. - Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize downtime. - Communicate technical issues and maintenance status clearly to relevant stakeholders. - Support installation, modification, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment or machine. - Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 3. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage, machine history, maintenance checklists, and technical documentation. - Report recurring issues, abnormal conditions, and improvement suggestions to supervisors or managers. - Support audit documentation related to maintenance, safety, and quality systems. 4. Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Lean, or reliability programs. - Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives related to equipment operation and maintenance. - Suggest improvements to maintenance methods, tools, and spare parts management. - Develop technical skills and keep knowledge updated with new technologies and equipment. - Support training and knowledge sharing within the maintenance team. 5. HSE Responsibilities - Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions related to equipment and maintenance work. Experience > 10 years in the maintenance field. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems. Skilled in AutoCAD for equipment layout and maintenance-related drawings. Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and industrial standards. In-depth understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
