The Senior Manager of Content Marketing, Communications & Events owns Ubiquity’s market voice, messaging, and content engine. This role is responsible for defining and executing a cohesive content and communications strategy that brings Ubiquity’s solutions, thought leadership, and brand story to life across all channels. This leader ensures our strategy is translated into consistent, compelling, and scalable content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, sales enablement, and market credibility. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, sales, and creative, acting as the steward of message and narrative consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Marketing & Messaging StrategyOwn and evolve Ubiquity’s messaging architecture across solutions, industries, and audiencesTranslate corporate and solution strategy into clear, differentiated market narrativesEnsure consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across all channels and touchpointsPartner with Solution Strategy & GTM to develop case studies, solution narratives, and market-facing content Content & Campaign ExecutionLead development and execution of content marketing programs, including:Thought leadershipWebsite contentCampaigns and field marketing assetsSales-aligned content (in partnership with Solution Strategy)Own editorial calendars, campaign roadmaps, and content prioritizationScale reusable content frameworks that support both proactive marketing and reactive sales needs Communications & Brand VoiceOwn internal and external communications strategy in partnership with leadershipSupport executive communications, announcements, and key messaging momentsEnsure alignment between PR, brand, campaigns, and sales messagingAct as the internal authority on “how we talk about ourselves” Social Media & AmplificationDefine and execute social media strategy to amplify content, thought leadership, and campaignsEnsure social presence aligns with brand voice and GTM prioritiesPartner with Creative to bring content to life visually Events & Field MarketingOwn strategy and execution for:Industry eventsClient eventsField and regional marketing initiativesEnsure events support broader GTM and pipeline objectivesAlign event narratives with content, campaigns, and sales priorities Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with:Global Creative Director (visual execution)Solution Strategy & GTM (sales enablement and narratives)Creative Services (asset production)Sales and leadership teamsProvide clear briefs and direction to creative and production teamsEstablish scalable workflows and content governance What Success Looks LikeA consistent, recognizable Ubiquity voice in the marketContent and campaigns that proactively support sales and GTM prioritiesClear differentiation of Ubiquity’s solutions and value propositionReduced ad hoc content creation through strong frameworks and planningStrong alignment between strategy, content, creative, and sales Required Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or B2B marketingProven experience building and scaling content strategies in complex, enterprise environmentsExceptional written and editorial skills with strong strategic thinkingExperience partnering closely with sales, strategy, and creative teamsStrong project management and cross-functional leadership skillsComfort operating in a fast-paced, global organization Preferred QualificationsExperience in BPO, SaaS, consulting, or professional servicesBackground in demand generation, GTM campaigns, or field marketing Experience owning messaging architecture and brand voice at scaleFamiliarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content platforms Why This Role MattersThis role is foundational to scaling Ubiquity’s growth.
