Summary Bell Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Partnerships and Distribution to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role focused on driving growth for our suite of DTC services, including Crave, TSN, RDS, and Starz. The successful candidate will be a key player in achieving ambitious growth targets by developing and implementing innovative strategies to manage and expand our subscription partnerships and enhance long-term value. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key digital partner accounts (including Apple, Google, Roku, Samsung, etc), focusing on building strong, long-term relationships to drive subscriber growth and retention. Proactively identify, evaluate, and cultivate new subscription partnerships with third-party brands to expand distribution and revenue streams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, finance, and legal to manage the development and execution of partnership offers and programs. Leverage data and key insights to better understand partner performance, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize results. Champion partnerships that align with the strategic vision of the business and prepare communications for senior leadership to support the decision-making process. Critical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in a partnerships, account management, and/or strategy role. Deep understanding of DTC business models, subscription services, and the Canadian media landscape. Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner programs with strong analytical skills. Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience in executing partnership agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in Brand Partnerships or sponsorship sales is an asset. Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
