Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals. In this role you will assist and facilitate assessment and individual treatment for clients, guide clinical care and provide staff supervision in specialized residential programs. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing residential programs and clinical services. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision, performance management, and guidance to all Regional Housing Managers, Housing Specialists and Case Managers with all ACCS, PACT and Respite programs provide support and guidance as needed to Housing Specialists across all regions; hold housing meetings as needed. Manage the resource allocation, tracking, and development of all subsidies and contract rental assistance across all four geographic regions in collaboration with ACCS Regional Directors and Director of PACT Services. Provide guidance and support to Housing Specialists in developing relationships with local landlords, housing authorities, housing advocates and DMH in order to assist clients in finding affordable housing. Partner closely with Residential and Respite Managers, Regional and PACT Director(s), Eliot's Quality Assurance (QA) department, and DMH Site Licensors to ensure absolute quality standards of living across all licensed properties. Oversee and manage formalized tracking and execution systems for housing inspections across all regionally licensed properties. Lead a standardized onboarding process for new Housing Specialists, Case Managers and Managers, ensuring they understand Eliot-specific workflows and regional resources. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, rehabilitation, social work, or related field At least 5 years of experience working with adults with mental illness. At least 3 years of housing experience including developing relationships with landlords, realtors, housing authorities, homeless shelters and other housing providers. Must possess knowledge of public housing, tenancy rights and finding safe/adequate housing.
