Senior Manager - Project Management

Responsibilities: Be responsible for the project management of prestigious property development in Hong Kong, including design / administration / cost control / construction management Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives, with particular emphasis on architectural excellency Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution for delivery on time, cost and quality Requirements: Degree holder in Architecture; HKIA/Registered Architect or equivalent Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years of project management experiences within client / property developers Solid Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering mid to large-scale new build / redevelopment work projects and prestige houses projects Familiar with HK building regulations Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness
