Closing date: Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Siva Krishna Bonda Reference number: 74621 Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai | Dubai | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support the Manager, IMC Corporate at officer level across the corporate integrated marketing portfolio, covering the delivery of national campaigns, the plans for the rest-of-business service lines and the commercial priorities, the front door and the weekly planning meeting, and the campaign permit process. Sign-off follows the MCME marketing sign-off framework, as amended from time to time. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Campaign & Portfolio Support Front- Door, Planning Meeting & Permit Support Reporting and Knowledge Sharing REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Bachelors’ qualification in Marketing, Communications, business or related field with demonstration of continuous learning DESIRED EDUCATION Marketing and/or business qualification advantageous REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 4 - 6 years' marketing experience, including integrated campaign delivery across channels DESIRED EXPERIENCE Experience in healthcare or regulated industries with exposure to project management of multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms would be advantageous REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Marketing Strategy & Planning Support Business process optimisation Communication, marketing, client interaction and reputation management principles Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns Marketing Administration & Budget Tracking Marketing campaign coordination Marketing event planning and related logistical practices Technology & Martech Management Lead Generation & Customer Lifecycle Marketing All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
