We are looking for a senior, hands-on penetration tester who can independently deliver end-to-end security assessments across web applications, APIs, internal and external infrastructure and, where required, mobile applications and security configurations. The role requires strong technical ownership, clear reporting and direct collaboration with customer technical teams. Key responsibilities Plan and execute penetration tests for web applications, APIs, internal and external infrastructure and other approved targets. Identify, validate and safely exploit vulnerabilities within the agreed scope and rules of engagement. Assess technical and business impact and provide clear, risk-based remediation recommendations. Produce high-quality technical reports with reproducible evidence and executive-level summaries. Present findings to customer technical teams and support remediation clarification and retesting activities. Contribute to methodology improvements, knowledge sharing and the development of junior and mid-level team members. Maintain strict confidentiality and follow legal, ethical and engagement-specific requirements. Required experience and skills Strong hands-on experience in web application and API security testing. Solid experience in external and internal network and infrastructure penetration testing. Ability to validate vulnerabilities, perform controlled exploitation and explain associated business impact. Experience preparing clear, evidence-based reports and practical remediation guidance. Ability to deliver assessments independently and manage technically complex engagements. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred qualifications Hands-on mobile application security testing experience. Experience with security configuration reviews and static or dynamic application security analysis. Relevant offensive security certification such as OSCP, or equivalent practical expertise.
