Senior People Business Partner

inMusic is seeking an experienced People Leader to support its Berlin office and the continued integration of Native Instruments into the inMusic group. This person will advise local and global leadership on German labor law, employee relations, Works Council matters, payroll coordination, and organizational change. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, legally aware, operationally credible, and confident in complex stakeholder environments. They will help global leadership navigate German employment and payroll obligations while supporting business continuity and integration objectives.
