Senior Private Banker

Location: South MiamiWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Private Banker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing them with comprehensive wealth management solutions and exceptional service. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with a team of specialists to develop customized financial plans that meet their unique needs and objectives. Responsibilities:Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.Conduct in-depth financial needs assessments and develop personalized wealth management plans.Present and recommend a wide range of investment solutions, including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and trust & estate planning strategies.Execute investment transactions and provide ongoing portfolio management and monitoring.Build trust and maintain exceptional client relationships with a high level of communication and service.Proactively identify and present new business opportunities aligned with client goals.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in private banking Strong network of contacts in Latin America Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field SEC Series 65 or 66 license Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a global team of experienced professionals Chance to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients Hybrid work model
