Role Purpose/Business Unit: The Senior Process Integrator will report to the EHOD Continuous Improvement and will be accountable for driving the end-to-end integration and implementation of approved future-state process designs into technical solutions across business and technology teams. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role will identify and resolve process, system, data and technology dependencies, risks and gaps, while driving stakeholder actions and decisions to ensure initiatives progress from process design through technical readiness and implementation. The role will have end-to-end ownership and accountability for the process repository, including its governance, structure, quality, accuracy and ongoing maintenance, ensuring it remains the organisation’s trusted source of process information. Your responsibilities will include: Process Integration Drive the integration and implementation of approved future-state processes across impacted systems and technology teams. Coordinate with Solution Architecture and technical teams to complete impact assessments and identify system, data and integration dependencies. Ensure process documentation and requirements are complete and ready for handover to technical delivery teams. Lead technical workshops and discussions required to progress Continuous Improvement initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve risks, gaps, dependencies and actions required to achieve technical readiness for PI Planning and prioritisation. Ensure technical solutions and deliverables remain aligned to the approved future-state process design. Drive assigned actions and decisions through to closure, escalating material blockers with clear recommendations where required. Business Analysis Translate future-state process designs into clear business, functional and system requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate and standardise impact assessment requirements across affected systems. Engage business stakeholders, end-users and technical teams to identify system requirements and impacts arising from process improvements. Identify gaps, dependencies and conflicting requirements and drive these to resolution. Validate technical deliverables against approved process designs, requirements and acceptance criteria. Maintain traceability between process requirements, solution design and implementation. Process Repository and Governance Own and maintain the organisation’s process repository, ensuring process information is accurate, complete, current and accessible. Establish and enforce agreed process modelling, documentation, naming and repository standards. Maintain process hierarchies, ownership, supporting information and relationships between processes. Manage the process lifecycle, including review, approval, publication, version control, change management and retirement of obsolete processes. Conduct regular repository quality reviews and drive resolution of outdated, incomplete, duplicate or non-compliant process content. Ensure approved future-state processes are appropriately incorporated into the repository following implementation. Drive accountability with process owners for the timely review and maintenance of their process content. Monitor and report on repository quality, compliance, process ownership and review status. Stakeholder management Build effective working relationships across Continuous Improvement, business, Solution Architecture and technical teams. Act as the integration point between business process requirements and technical delivery teams. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, commitments, dependencies and actions. Facilitate cross-functional discussions and drive timely decisions required to progress initiatives. Constructively challenge stakeholders where requirements or proposed solutions are not aligned to approved process outcomes. Escalate unresolved risks and issues with clear recommendations and proposed solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Grade 12/Matric essential. 3-year Degree or Diploma in Business Analysis, Business Process Management or a related field. 5-8 years’ relevant experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Process Management or Process Integration. Experience with process repositories and business systems; knowledge of CRM, billing or data environments would be advantageous. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience: Strong knowledge of CRM, systems, processes and data structures. Experience in process integration, governance and process repository management. Strong analytical, business analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive deliverables to completion. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve desired results. Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
