RESPONSIBILITIES Direct and manage multi-disciplinary projects from initiation, pre-discovery, discovery to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence Prepare client discovery, delivery and support proposals according to the project requirements, and craft pitch deck content that supports product strategy and business goals Ensure recurring and timely invoicing for managing projects Facilitate product discovery workshops to define customer needs, product features, and requirements Produce the scope specifications and manage the product backlog and team ceremonies Create user personas and detailed user flow maps to guide product development, ensuring alignment with defined requirements and acceptance criteria Develop and execute project plans in accordance with company procedures and client/contract requirements Monitor project status, report progress, manage internal and external delivery expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive management and issue resolution Establish clear communication channels for stakeholders and manage a clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards and processes REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner, preferably in web or mobile development Proven track record in managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion, emphasising scope, schedule, and budget management Experience facilitating discovery workshops to identify customer needs, product features, and requirements Proficient in writing product requirements and defining acceptance criteria Ability to establish effective communication channels and maintain project updates and feedback loops Understanding of the technical feasibility of complex web and mobile applications Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, or similar Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to accelerate research, specification writing, and discovery, as well as the openness to adopting AI-augmented delivery tools as part of everyday work Excellent spoken and written English skills for clear communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders NICE TO HAVE Large meetings facilitation and agency delivery experience Technical understanding Additional language - German Why you'll love working here: Full-time employment with flexible working hours Work equipment provided 25 days of paid vacation, plus one additional paid vacation day for every two years spent in the company 6 blanco sickness days Private health insurance 100% paid sick leave up to 30 days Employee Referral Program Modern office in Belgrade with a fully stocked kitchen and game area Weekly team meals: Tuesday breakfast and Pizza/Barbecue Wednesday English and German language lessons during working hours New Year's gifts and theater shows for employees' children Opportunity to work on innovative products using modern technologies Supportive environment focused on learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth Sounds interesting?
