Employment Type Permanent Closing Date 12 Oct 2026 11:59pm Job Title Senior Project Engineer – Data Centre Operations Job Summary Job Description The Opportunity This role combines hands-on site operations, security governance, and project delivery, with occasional participation in critical incident support in a mission-critical environment. This is a permanent full-time role based in Chun Kwong St. What You’ll Do Oversee day-to-day operations across Hong Kong data centre sites, ensuring uptime, service levels, and operational excellence. Coordinate and resolve connectivity, cross-connect, and infrastructure issues impacting customers and services. Lead security uplift initiatives and maintain physical security controls, including access management, CCTV, and visitor management. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and Telstra security standards. Partner with vendors, site providers, and internal stakeholders to deliver operational and project outcomes. Drive continuous improvement, incident response, root cause analysis, and maintenance activities. About You Experience in data centre, telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of data centre security, compliance, and operational best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. CDCP and/or PMP certifications are highly regarded.
