Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing multiple commercial and residential restoration projects and project teams, and ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with quality and regulatory standards. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors, this role drives project performance, resolves complex issues, and fosters strong client relationships. This position also plays a key role in supporting business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and market expansion strategies that support the organization’s long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, leadership, and project teams. Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent commercial and residential construction projects. Provide professional development to employees by developing learning opportunities to advance their knowledge of technical services and their knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations. Responsible for managing site crews and projects simultaneously on several different projects. Monitors project functions, including short and long-term goals and objectives. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with strong discipline. Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly and deliver timely and cost-effective solutions for our clients. Utilize OSHA construction and general industry regulations, ensuring that projects are installed in a safe manner. Track and analyze key project performance metrics, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions immediately to maintain schedule and budget. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field (preferred). Certifications IIRC certification Experience 5+ years of experience in project management. 2+ years of experience working in the restoration industry. Experience with managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously. Previous experience adhering to OSHA regulations. Knowledge of practices and procedures in water, fire, and mold trades. Familiarity with Xactimate software (preferred). Experience with CRM/project management software. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and bid documents. Ability to use mobile devices for collection of data and time. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per 360 Fire & Flood vehicle policy. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional travel to outdoor job sites. Ability to lift excess of 50 lbs. Ability to sustain long periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling.
