Expression of Interest Senior Project Officer Location – Parramatta – Hybrid Employment type – Temporary – Up to 24 months Grade/Salary – Clerk Grade 9/10 - $133,348 – 146,945 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading Your role The Senior Project Officer role manages and coordinates the development implementation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of Homes NSW's organisational objectives. In this role you will be coordinating, facilitating and reporting on essential tenant relocations required to support the delivery of more homes for people in need of housing in NSW. What you’ll do Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects, including developing project plans, coordinating resources, meeting reporting requirements and supporting project-related activities to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established agency project management methodology. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure program and project deliverables are met. Monitor and evaluate all aspects of program and project implementation including risk and contingency management, benefits realization, project impact and quality measures to identify and address issues, assess project progress and effectiveness and achieve project outcomes. Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging program issues and to support project development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other project priorities. Undertake research and analysis to identify options to support the development of key programs and projects across Homes NSW. Prepare correspondence, written reports, guidelines and briefs that are timely, accurate and aligned with Homes NSW’s requirements, to respond to Homes NSW or Government requests. What we’re looking for Strong knowledge of sensitivities and complexities for our tenants during the relocation process. Proven ability to manage sensitive and complex matters, balancing competing priorities. Excellent written communication skills and adept data analysis skills. Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
