Job Description: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS Lead investigations involving employee misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and workplace concerns. Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions, performance issues, and labor-related matters. Prepare and review disciplinary documentation, including Notices to Explain (NTEs), written warnings, and case summaries. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures. TALENT ACQUISITION Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Recommend recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Conducts Behavioral Assessment of candidates applying for crucial positions during the recruitment period. Assist recruiters on New Hire Orientation PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Support managers in performance appraisal processes and employee development planning. Guide leaders in handling performance concerns and improvement plans. Monitor and analyze performance management trends and recommend improvements. COMPLIANCE AND LABOR RELATIONS Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, government regulations, and company policies. Support labor-management relations activities when applicable. Coordinate audits and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Monitor HR practices to minimize organizational risk. HR OPERATIONS (HRIS) Ensure timely processing of employee movements, documentation, and HR transactions. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analyses for management. Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service delivery. CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND EMPLOYEE PROGRAM Establish a work-life balance environment through the implementation of Employee Engagement Activities/ Corporate Social Responsibility Projects. Make a difference in the community by embarking on Corporate Social Responsibility projects as part of the company’s Guiding Values. LEADERSHIP AND TEAM SUPPORT Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to HR team members. Lead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as acting HR Supervisor or HR Manager when required. Support capability-building efforts within the HR team. Others: Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support the Company and HR Team objectives. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience. · At least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience. · Strong background in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Labor Compliance. Experience in manufacturing or multinational environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proven experience handling employee disciplinary cases and workplace investigations. Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
