Senior Rope Access Facade Cleaner-OCSA

Job Summary To perform high-level cleaning and maintenance of building facades using rope access techniques in compliance with IRATA standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while upholding OCS Arabia’s operational and safety standards. Key Accountabilities Facade Cleaning Operations: Clean glass, aluminum, stone, and other facade materials using rope access systems. Apply approved cleaning solutions and methods to ensure streak-free, damage-free results. Rope Access Setup & Safety: Install, inspect, and secure rope access systems in compliance with IRATA standards. Conduct pre-use checks on harnesses, ropes, and safety equipment. Ensure fall protection measures and maintain proper anchor points. Risk Assessment & Compliance: Conduct site-specific risk assessments and follow approved method statements. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, and near-miss incidents immediately. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and store rope access and cleaning equipment after use. Maintain inventory and request replacements when needed. Support periodic inspections and certification of equipment. Team Coordination & Communication: Work closely with team members for safe and efficient operations. Communicate work progress to the Soft Services Supervisor. Assist in training junior technicians. Documentation & Reporting: Complete daily work logs and task reports. Document facade damages or maintenance requirements. Maintain compliance documentation for audits. Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency drills and rescue exercises. Support rope access rescue operations when required Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude Educational Qualifications and Certifications: High School or Diploma (Any Field). Minimum IRATA Level 1 certification (Level 2/3 preferred). Knowledge: Rope access techniques and safety requirements. Cleaning chemicals and equipment. Health & Safety regulations. Technical Skills: Rope access system setup and safe operation. Use of cleaning tools and facade maintenance equipment. Basic problem-solving and quality control. Physical fitness and ability to work at heights. Ability to lead and guide team members. Language Skills: Good communication in Arabic and English; Urdu is an advantage. Experience : 5–7 years of relevant experience in facade cleaning or Total Facilities Management. Key Interactions Key Internal Contacts: OCS Technicians. Supervisors.
