Join us as a Senior Sales Representative - Modernization Your main responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve modernization business targets. - Identify and develop opportunities from existing and new customers, including Schindler and non-Schindler equipment portfolios. - Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and business partners. - Work closely with Service, Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and successful project execution. - Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business opportunities. - Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and market analysis to identify potential modernization projects. - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth. - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements. What you bring - Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. - 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products, engineering solutions, construction or related industries. - Strong customer relationship management and business development skills. - Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. - Commercially minded, proactive and results-driven. - Good command of English and Microsoft Office. - Knowledge of elevator/escalator systems or modernization projects is an advantage. - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across departments and drive common business goals.
