The plants, utilities, and facilities running these operations still run on spreadsheets and legacy systems. That's the problem we're solving. We are hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant (EMEA) to accelerate strategic enterprise relationships across the region. This is a high-impact, build-stage role focused on new logo acquisition within industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and asset-intensive environments. You will provide high-quality demonstrations of the product to prospective customers by working with sales staff and clients to understand the customer’s business and workflows. You will also be responsible for maintaining content used by both sales staff and clients. You will mentor sales staff on product knowledge and be the go-to resource for all technical requests during the pre-sales phase. The Role You will be MaintainX's technical authority in EMEA — owning the pre-sales process for enterprise deals across industrial, manufacturing, energy, and utilities verticals and turning technical complexity into closed revenue. - Design and deliver industry-specific demo environments — loading real customer asset and work order data into trial accounts — to shorten the time from discovery to qualified opportunity across the EMEA territory. - Scope and execute technical proof-of-concepts for complex enterprise prospects, removing product uncertainty from the buying process and reducing deal cycle length. - Build an EMEA-specific collateral and demo asset library that enables AEs to self-serve on vertical-specific product positioning for manufacturing, energy, and utilities buyers. - Capture and route customer feedback from every demo cycle to Product and Marketing, ensuring EMEA's industrial use cases are reflected in the roadmap. Must-haves: - 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation - Proven experience in — or selling into — manufacturing, industrial operations, energy, or utilities - Track record running product demos and technical POCs independently through full enterprise sales cycles - Ability to translate complex operational workflows into compelling narratives for both plant-floor operators and executive buyers - Comfortable building process and assets in a fast-moving, high-growth environment - Fluency in English Nice-to-haves: - Experience with ERP, CMMS, or asset management platforms (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.) - Additional European language(s) are a strong advantage We Offer - Competitive base + variable comp aligned to role and location. - Equity in a high-growth, post-Series D company. - Day-1 benefits coverage — health, dental, vision. - Unlimited PTO. - Flexible remote setup with regular EMEA travel. - Real career trajectory — we promote quickly because the org is growing.
