The Builds department is responsible for the logistical handling of hardware and infrastructure, from receiving and storage to preparation and internal movement, all according to strict procedures and customer-specific requirements. As a team leader high tech, you provide daily direction to your team and ensure processes run safely, efficiently and in line with the highest quality standards. You achieve this by: leading, coaching and motivating your team in a high-tech logistics environment; coordinating and controlling logistics processes in line with strict safety, quality and data center procedures; driving performance on KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs and 5S and identifying bottlenecks; initiating and supporting continuous improvement together with the supervisor and other departments. Your team stands out within DSV by professionalism, ownership and collaboration in a technically demanding environment.
