Senior UX Designer, Cloud Learning Services UX

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 6 years of experience in an applied UX design role, working on digital platforms or technical products. * Experience with interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. * Experience designing for enterprise products. * Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows (e.g., productivity, research, or content drafting), or with designing AI-powered features (e.g., addressing trust, mental models, or interaction patterns for LLM-based interfaces). * Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. * 2 years of experience leading design projects. * Experience in EdTech, Cloud (B2B/B2C), or Enterprise learning environments. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
