Experience: 4–5 Years Location: [Navi Mumbai – In Office] Department: Digital Marketing Timing - 3:00pm - 12:30am Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with 4–5 years of hands on experience in driving organic growth through strong SEO strategy and flawless execution. The ideal candidate is data driven, up to date with search engine trends, and capable of independently managing SEO initiatives from planning to implementation while collaborating with content, product, and development teams. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets Conduct in depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis to identify ranking and traffic opportunities Own the SEO roadmap, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives Translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations for content, UX, and product teams Execution & Optimization Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization) Lead technical SEO efforts, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and site speed improvements Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices and resolve technical issues Support content strategy and optimization for blogs, landing pages, and product pages Manage link-building and digital PR initiatives to improve domain authority Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and ROI Use data and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve performance Collaboration & Ownership Work cross-functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends Act as an SEO subject matter expert across projects and campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors Hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in eCommerce or SaaS SEO Knowledge of international SEO and multi-language websites Exposure to content marketing and CRO principles Understanding of paid search and its relationship with organic search
