Job description
Job Description Ensure flawless service delivery in accordance with Mürver standards. Supervise and manage all service areas and production facilities. Ensure seamless planning and execution of banquet and meeting operations. Develop and implement the Food & Beverage business plan. Prepare the department budget, monitor costs, and prepare regular reports. Deliver, monitor, and support the implementation of training and development programs for the team.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Hygiene Certificate is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of the Micros POS system. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Committed to delivering and continuously improving service quality. Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, team motivation, and planning abilities. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. High standards of personal grooming and hygiene. A collaborative team player.
