Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service/Sales Engineer based in Baddi. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting on-site equipment installations, and performing maintenance. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, building lasting relationships with clients, promoting sales of industrial systems, and providing outstanding customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer requirements and presenting solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to promote and sell technical products effectively to clients. Expertise in providing Technical Support, including equipment troubleshooting and maintenance services. Excellent Communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and build strong client relationships. Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships. Willingness to work on-site in Baddi and flexibility to travel for client visits when needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred. Proven experience in a similar Service or Sales Engineer role is an asset. Ability to analyze technical issues and provide logical, efficient solutions.
