Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Shift Leader to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading shift operations, driving safety and quality performance, ensuring equipment reliability, and developing a high-performing production team while supporting World Class Manufacturing initiatives. What you will do As a Shift Leader, you will: Lead and coordinate daily production operations to achieve targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production area. Ensure compliance with Tetra Pak standards and maintain equipment performance through effective preventive maintenance practices. Analyze production and equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Promote and sustain high standards of 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety. Support and participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) pillar activities and improvement projects. Manage shift staffing, attendance, and overtime activities to ensure operational continuity. Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable standards. Maintain high standards of product hygiene, plant hygiene, personal hygiene, and workplace safety. Coach, develop, and motivate operators to build capability and improve team performance. Monitor operational KPIs and drive actions to achieve production and quality targets. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience leading or supervising shopfloor teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, WCM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies. Good understanding of safety management systems, quality standards, and ISO requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English. A hands-on approach, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to lead by example.
