Your Role at SeoulSpice The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team and managing restaurant operations during an assigned shift. You'll position team members where they can be most successful, maintain a strong pace of service, and ensure every guest receives accurate, high-quality food in a welcoming environment. You'll lead from the front by working alongside the team, coaching in the moment, and stepping into any station where support is needed. You'll also coordinate with the Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef to keep the line stocked with enough fresh food to meet demand without overproducing or compromising quality. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Lead each shift with positive energy, organize the team, and communicate clear priorities. Create a welcoming guest experience while keeping in-person and digital orders fast and accurate. Coach Team Members, recognize great work, and provide helpful feedback. Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service. Handle guest concerns, complete daily shift responsibilities, and step into any station when needed. What You'll Bring to the Team We're looking for someone who: Has experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service, including guiding or training others. Creates positive guest experiences and communicates clearly and respectfully. Can organize the team, set priorities, and stay calm during busy shifts. What the Job Requires Applicants must be at least 18 years old. This position requires availability based on the restaurant's needs, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an active, hands-on leadership position. Shift Leaders must be able to perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
