Job Overview Overseeing daily activities to ensure efficient handling, storage, transportation, and delivery of shipments and goods; suggests improvements to processes to increase efficiency. Job Requirements Lead daily warehouse receiving operations, including manpower allocation, goods receipt and material put-away. Ensure accurate verification of incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. Perform and monitor SAP transactions to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates. Manage receiving discrepancies, damaged materials and documentation issues. Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing/Buyer and Production Planning to resolve material-related issues. Provide operational leadership and coordination support to the separate Kitting Team. Monitor kitting priorities, kit accuracy and on-time material readiness for production. Ensure material traceability, FIFO compliance, inventory accuracy and proper storage. Drive warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety compliance and continuous improvement. Supervise, guide and develop team members to achieve operational targets. What your background should look like Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel. Hands-on experience in receiving, inventory control and material handling. SAP system experience is preferred. Knowledge of kitting operations, FIFO, lot traceability and warehouse safety. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. Able to manage priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
