Singing Server (Jazz Vocalist & Tea Server)

TopView Sightseeing creates one-of-a-kind experiences by land and sea for tourists and locals around the world. We currently operate in NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Austin, Houston, Dallas and London, and are expanding operations in years to come.To further our previous decade of rapid growth, we are looking for we are looking for highly ambitious professionals to join our Tea Around Town Miami experience.This is dual role as both a singer and server.Singer/Server Responsibilities:Perform a setlist of 15-20 jazz songs for multiple trips/dayProvide exceptional, white glove tea serviceGreet and seat guests in an elegant, welcoming mannerProvide accurate and up-to-date descriptions regarding the seasonal menuEnsure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experienceCommunicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure efficient turnover between tripsEfficiently clean and reset table settings for the next guestsMaintain an elevated level of service to promote the Tea Around Town brandSupplement musical entertainment with scripted tour guiding of essential landmarksRequirements:MUST be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 10am-8pm weeklyAt least 2 years of previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferredPerformance background with at least 3 years of performance experience either professionally or in schoolStrong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent customer service skills to provide an elevated dining experience for guestsExceptional communication skills to keep multiple teams up to date in fast-paced and changing environmentKnowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficialPay: $19.50/hr + TipsPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.If you are a friendly, customer-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we would love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 10 – 40 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleShift:Day shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have FULL Weekend Availability to work (Saturday, Sunday)?Do you sing?
