Role Description We are seeking a full-time on-site Social Media Manager to join our team in Delhi, OH. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating and curating shareable content, managing daily social media posts, monitoring analytics to assess performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging with broader marketing objectives. The role also involves engaging with followers, addressing customer inquiries, and staying updated on the latest social media trends to ensure a competitive edge. Qualifications Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing, Channel Management, and Content Marketing Proficiency in Content Writing, Content Creation, and Community Engagement Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Analytics and Scheduling Platforms Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills Experience with visual content creation platforms, like Canva or Adobe Spark, is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Previous experience in managing social media campaigns for B2B or enterprise clients is preferred Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies Strong interpersonal skills to foster customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams
