JOB SUMMARY
Sporticulture is seeking one or more Social Media Managers to drive brand growth, influencer partnerships, and TikTok Shop performance across our licensed sports consumer goods portfolio.
This is not a content-posting role. It is a social commerce and influencer marketing role built for someone who understands how to turn audience engagement into product sales. You will manage daily social media operations, lead influencer outreach and onboarding, execute TikTok Shop campaigns, and track performance metrics to continuously optimize for ROI.
Primary focus is Tiktok Shop, influencer marketing, and video content-driven sales. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms are secondary support channel.s
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong grasp of US consumer behavior and fan culture, and proven hands-on experience in social commerce and digital marketing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take full ownership of your campaigns, and know how to scale what works. Core Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily social media operations across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Lead influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Execute TikTok Shop campaigns end-to-end to drive product discoverability and direct sales
Monitor performance metrics across all campaigns and continuously optimize for engagement and ROI
Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to align campaigns with product launches and sports seasons
Additional Responsibilities
Identify and leverage emerging social media trends, sports moments, and fan culture opportunities
Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns or product lines across different categories
Develop data-driven content strategies and audience growth playbooks
Build and scale an influencer community around Sporticulture products
Support affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and creator network
Recommend tools, automation workflows, and process improvements to increase campaign efficiency
Scope of Role
This role is focused on driving measurable product sales and brand growth through social commerce -- not simply managing a content calendar. You will be expected to own your campaigns, bring strategic thinking to influencer partnerships, and deliver results that connect directly to revenue performance. You may support multiple product categories including home decor, crafts, seasonal collections, and licensed sports merchandise.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing
Strong hands-on knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and social commerce strategies
Understanding of consumer products, retail, or e-commerce environments
Strong written communication, organizational, and campaign management skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sports, fan merchandise, or licensed consumer products industries
Familiarity with US audience behavior, sports culture, and trending content
Experience with analytics platforms and social media performance tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-volume campaigns simultaneously
Creative, trend-driven mindset with an eye for what resonates with fan audiences
