Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing daily operations on social media platforms, creating and optimizing content, and engaging with the online community. The role includes analyzing social media metrics, identifying trends, and implementing effective campaigns to promote brand awareness and achieve key business objectives. Collaboration with the content and marketing teams to align messaging with overall branding efforts will also be part of the responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills Expertise in designing and executing effective Content Strategies Ability to analyze social media metrics and apply insights to improve performance Familiarity with trends, tools, and best practices for various social media platforms Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Experience in a digital marketing or similar role is a plus
