Soldering Specialist

The Impact You'll Make As a Soldering Engineer , you will be the technical authority for soldering processes within our semiconductor module manufacturing environment. Your expertise will help ensure the highest standards of product quality, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, solve complex production challenges, and support the implementation of new technologies and automation solutions. Your contributions will directly impact productivity, cost optimization, process reliability, and operational excellence across the production organization. What You’ll Be Doing Own and optimize soldering processes, define process parameters, and ensure the quality and reliability of soldered joints in semiconductor module manufacturing. Identify and implement improvements, modernization initiatives, and automation opportunities to increase productivity, reduce waste, shorten lead times, and support investment planning using Lean Manufacturing principles. Monitor and visualize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, analyze performance trends, and report results and improvement actions to management. Lead technological and production trials, support root cause investigations, and develop corrective actions to address process non-conformities. Support the introduction of new equipment into production through machine acceptance activities, process validation, workstation standardization, documentation development, and employee training. What We're Looking For University degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related technical field. Proven hands-on experience with soldering processes in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with statistical analysis tools, including Origin or similar process evaluation software. Ability to analyze production data and translate findings into process improvements. Basic communication skills in English or German, alongside Slovak language proficiency. The minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 30,042. The final offer will depend on the position, level of experience, and location.
