The Impact You'll Make As a Specialist, SIOP Process Excellence , you will help optimize the planning and execution processes that support Danfoss Hydronics, a global leader in energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions. By helping improve SIOP initiatives, supporting product lifecycle management activities, and strengthening supply chain governance, you will help ensure that our customers receive the products they need while supporting operational excellence across a complex global supply chain. Rather than focusing on day-to-day planning activities, you will contribute to SIOP improvement initiatives and other continuous improvement efforts that strengthen delivery performance, increase visibility across the supply chain, and support operational excellence. Working closely with planning, operations, product management, and other stakeholders, you will help evolve how we plan, execute, and continuously improve our supply chain processes. Success in this role comes from combining process improvement, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration. You will help turn insights into action, build alignment across teams, and contribute to the ongoing development of SIOP capabilities across the Hydronics business. What You’ll Be Doing You'll play a key role in supporting SIOP and supply chain improvement initiatives, helping strengthen delivery performance, enhance process effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across the Hydronics organization. Key responsibilities include: Help identify and implement process improvements that strengthen delivery performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain excellence and transformation initiatives Establish visibility, governance, and consistency in SIOP execution across the Hydronics organization Support the continuous development and maturation of SIOP processes, capabilities, and ways of working Facilitate product lifecycle management activities while supporting governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of supply chain master data and SAP-related planning processes What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how processes work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with others to turn ideas into action. Essential Qualifications Experience working within supply chain planning, demand planning, operational planning, or related supply chain functions Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP, to support planning, inventory management, purchasing, production planning, or related supply chain processes. Experience of planning tools such as SAP/IBP or any other is considered as advantage Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations and compelling stories for different audiences Strong communication and presentation skills, with professional proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with product lifecycle management, master data governance, Power BI, and continuous improvement methodologies will help you ramp up quickly in the role.
