The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored.Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment.Certifications and Licensure:Required: Pharmacist - State of FLPreferred: ASHP (Pharmacist)RequirementsRequired: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferredPreferred: Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy experienceProsper Infusion is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
